Healthy Steps for Older Adults
In Partnership with Aging Services, Inc.
Designed to help reduce the risk of falling among older adults. The program is a 4-hour workshop, in-person, presented in two sessions. Includes: a personal fall risk assessment, a session on nutrition for stronger bones, guidance on proper footwear, exercises to increase strength and balance, and home safety best practices.
