Join us for one of our upcoming fundraising events in 2025!

The Indiana Free Library demonstrates a commitment to excellence and provides a foundation for community life in Indiana County. Not only did our community members borrow more than 87,331 materials in 2023, but we also had over 5,364 people participate in our programmatic efforts. With programs encompassing health and wellness, cooking, financial management, and holiday celebrations (to name a few), there is something for everyone to enjoy. Your attendance and support of our fundraising events positively impacts Indiana County and supports your friends and neighbors at your local library.

Easter Egg-stravaganza

Join us on Friday, April 11, 2025, for an Easter Egg Hunt inside the library—but not your traditional children's egg hunt! Live music, munchies, adult beverages, and an egg hunt will provide all the entertainment you never knew you needed on a Friday night. Easter eggs will be hidden around the library's stacks on at least two different floors of the library.

This is not your younger siblings' egg hunt—the hunt for fun is on for adults (21+) who are children at heart! Several of the eggs will contain grand prizes, which could include tickets to regional attractions, gift certificates, and more. Register today!

Monte Carlo Night

Are you looking for the excitement of a casino but don’t want to venture an hour or more to experience it? Join us at Indiana Free Library on Saturday, May 17th from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm for an evening of entertainment, fun, and casino games. Try your luck while enjoying music, hor d’ouvres, and an open bar in the stacks.

Each year, we invite the community to a festive gathering inside the library's stacks to bring the community together to raise money to support the Indiana Free Library. Evening in the Stacks is our premier fundraising event each year. All of the contributions we receive enable us to continue to provide free, quality programming and services to the residents of our community. Please join us!
