Chair Yoga
The sun is shining and it's hot out! (most of the time, at least). If you're looking for a chance to get in some light physical activity without being out in the heat and sun, consider joining us on the second and fourth Mondays of the month at 1 PM for chair yoga. We will follow along with a video for some guided stretching and strengthening. Very simple exercises-- we will meet you at your level!
We will provide the chair and water. You just need to bring yourself, come ready to stretch, and maybe be willing to look a little silly.
