Painting Adventures on Canvas

Monday, June 17, 2024
6:30 pm8:00 pm
Community Room on the second floor

Come to decide what National Park monument or landscape you want to memorialize and re-create on your large canvas, paint a neutral color, sketch it out roughly, and begin painting when you know you are ready. Sip and paint style, work from a book, photo, phone, or device.

The painting will be a four-part process unless you are very astute. You will not leave with your canvas until July 8. We will explore the adventures we want to paint. I will have examples of the first night of National Parks but other options as well. It could be created as a collage of special adventures the artists would like to take or have already had. Summer is busy, so I would encourage you to attend at least 2/4 classes if you want to participate in this program.

This program is for our teen patrons. Registration is required, and the first 10 are guaranteed*
