Great Reading Adventure Challenge Reading Log Issues

Hey everyone! We hope you had an awesome summer with us this year!

Unfortunately, I was made aware of an issue with our Great Reading Adventure Challenge Reading Log yesterday at the Wrap-Up Party. Someone mentioned that they could no longer log minutes onto the Reading Log! Nooooo!!! As there was nothing I could do to fix the problems out and about on Thursday, I made sure to look into it when I got home.

After I got home last night, I looked into the matter and saw that the Reading Log shut off at midnight July 31st, not midnight August 3rd. Ouch!!

Please accept our sincere apologies for any worry on your and your kiddos parts created by this mistake. It's more than frustrating on both ends when these things happen and again, and we apologize for that. Please make sure the kiddos know that I will get their reading minutes counted and added up on Tuesday when I get back into the library and that we will fix the issues with the Reading Log before our next Reading Challenge in October. That will make it easier for all of us!! Yay!!

To fix our mistake, we are opening up the reading log again til midnight between Sunday, August 3rd and Monday August 4th. You can keep reading and logging in minutes until then like originally scheduled!

In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
  11. Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.
