FYI: Full board meetings are held monthly except for July. Additionally, Trustees are required to serve on one of the three Board Committees (viz., Finance, Governance, and Facilities & Equipment) that also generally meet monthly. Board and Committee meetings are typically held on Monday or Wednesday evenings. Additionally, all board members are expected to participate in fundraising activities.
