The We Be Book N' Book Club is a book club suitable for children aged 8-14.We meet every third Monday evening of each month in the Storyroom of the Children's Department at 6 PM. Titles range from fiction and fantasy to non-fiction, history, and culture, and even includes some popular graphic novels! Hard copies of each title are available at the library for checkout on the Book Club Shelf on the first floor of the library.

This month we are reading: April 18th—History Smashers: The Mayflower by Kate Messner, 224 pp., recommended reader ages, 8-12.
In 1620, the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock and made friends with Wampanoag people who gave them corn. RIGHT? WRONG! It was months before the Pilgrims met any Wampanoag people, and nobody gave anybody corn that day. Did you know that the pilgrims didn't go straight from England to Plymouth? No, they made a stop along the way--and almost stayed forever. And just wait until you learn the truth about Plymouth Rock.

  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
  11. Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.
  12. What About Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information? We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.
