X-WR-CALDESC:Due to the low number of people registered for our field trip 
 to Fort Ligonier on July 1st\, we have opened up registration to two child
 ren per each adult. For the chosen program of 'Duties of the Day\,' Childr
 en should be between the ages of 7-11 years old as the presentation in the
  fort may be too long or loud for younger children.\n\nPlease be aware tha
 t each adult will be responsible for the safety and behavior of BOTH child
 ren. \n\nIt is also supposed to be very warm on the 1st\, so please dress 
 appropriately and bring extra water. We will have a large cooler and addit
 ional bottled water on the bus for those who need it and to keep our lunch
 es cool.\n\nIf you register two children\, make sure you bring a signed wa
 iver for both children and yourself. \n\n\nCelebrate America’s 250th with 
 the Indiana Free Library on a special field trip to Fort Ligonier on Wedne
 sday\, July 1\, 2026 from 9 AM–3 PM. This free trip is open to 20 children
  ages 8–11\, with one adult required to attend per child. Transportation a
 nd admission are included.\n\nParticipants will explore Fort Ligonier\, me
 et historical interpreters\, and learn about life during the French and In
 dian War through the fort’s “Duties of the Day” program.\n\nRegistration o
 pens online Monday\, June 15. Space is limited and registration is require
 d. Early registration will not be accepted\, so please do not call the lib
 rary before June 15th. Registration will automatically close when our limi
 t is reached and we are not able to take additional registrations after it
  closes.\n\n**Please note you must print out and bring your completed rele
 ase forms (One adult\, one child)\, to the library the morning of the trip
  or you will not be permitted to go. \n\nPlease MEET AT THE INDIANA FREE L
 IBRARY by 8:45 AM for departure. Tours are outdoors\, so dress for the wea
 ther and bring a bagged lunch and drinks.
