X-WR-CALDESC:Full STEAM Ahead is a Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, Art
 \, and Math program for 8 to 11 year old tweens each Thursday morning at 1
 0:30 AM in the Tech Room on the Library's Second Floor. We'll build boats\
 , make a lighthouse\, construct marble runs\, concoct moon sand\, and much
  more! Registration is required and the program is limited to twenty kids.
  This is our last children's program for the summer.\n\n**PLEASE NOTE**Ful
 l STEAM Ahead is for children between the ages of 8 and 11. Younger childr
 en may find the daily activity too difficult for them to complete. The goa
 ls of each program are to help kids learn how to follow instructions and t
 hen let them attempt to complete the activity or craft by themselves while
  only giving assistance when needed. If you are looking for a program with
  an activity for younger children\, please check out our Wild Wanderers pr
 ogram at 2 PM on Wednesdays or our Saturday self-directed programs-The Cra
 ft House (6-11 years old) that alternates every Saturday with STEM PLAY Da
 y (All ages). Neither of those require registration and take place between
  the hours of 1-3 PM.\n\n**ALSO**All of our children's programming require
 s parents to remain in the activity room or area with their children durin
 g the programs. This means that: \n                      *During programs 
 that are held in the children's department\, parents must stay in the chil
 dren's department.\n                      * If programs are held upstairs 
 in the library's community room (Wild Wanderers\, Full STEAM Ahead)\, pare
 nts must stay in the community room.\n                      * If the progr
 am is held outside of the library(Stories\, Songs\, and S'mores\, StarWalk
 \, & Wrap-Up Party) please remain in the area with your children. \n\nTher
 e is plenty of seating in our activity areas available for parents to sit 
 in on the programs with their children. Please do not leave your child(ren
 ) unattended in the library or other areas because library staff are not r
 esponsible for unattended children at any time. Thank you for your underst
