X-WR-CALDESC:Full STEAM Ahead is a Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, Art
 \, and Math program for 8 to 11 year old tweens each Thursday morning at 1
 0:30 AM in the Tech Room on the Library's Second Floor. We'll build boats\
 , make a lighthouse\, construct marble runs\, concoct moon sand\, and much
  more! Registration is required and the program is limited to twenty kids.
  You can register for the program this year\, week to week on this website
  or at the librarian's desk in the children's department.\n\n**PLEASE NOTE
 **Full STEAM Ahead is for children between the ages of 8 and 11. Younger c
 hildren may find the daily activity too difficult for them to complete. Th
 e goals of each program are to help kids learn how to follow instructions 
 and then let them attempt to complete the activity or craft by themselves 
 while only giving assistance when needed. If you are looking for a program
  with an activity for younger children\, please check out our Wild Wandere
 rs program at 2 PM on Wednesdays. \n\n**ALSO**All of our children's progra
 mming requires parents to remain in the activity room or area with their c
 hildren during the programs. This means that: \n                      *Dur
 ing programs that are held in the children's department\, parents must sta
 y in the children's department.\n                      * If programs are h
 eld upstairs in the library's community room (Wild Wanderers\, Full STEAM 
 Ahead)\, parents must stay in the community room.\n                      *

 es\, StarWalk\, & Wrap-Up Party) please remain in the area with your child
 ren. \n\nThere is plenty of seating in our activity areas available for pa
 rents to sit in on the programs with their children. Please do not leave y
 our child(ren) unattended in the library or other areas because library st
 aff are not responsible for unattended children at any time. Thank you for
  your understanding on this issue.
