Opportunities to see shapes and patterns are everywhere and today we will explore this idea using real objects.  Our book Mouse Shapes shows how three mice hide from a scary cat by making a variety of things out of different shapes.  Using different shapes of colorful paper we will use our creativity to create different patterns. For children ages 3-5.

Groundhogs are interesting rodents and we will learn more about them through stories, songs, and a craft as we prepare for an upcoming regional event.  Curiosity is a natural part of a child’s world and this program will be fun and educational. Especially for children ages 2-3.
