Katie Reed, an educator and youth yoga instructor, will teach us a relaxing exercise routine perfect for evenings.  Exercise is so important for a healthy body and mind.

Wear comfortable clothing for stretching and laying on the floor.

 A Summer Evening

Toddlers & Preschoolers                    

The moon is bright and the air is filled with the sounds of night.  Our stories, with their short sentences and word repetition, introduce an important literacy skill - phonological awareness. This program includes songs and other creative activities.
