Toddler Tuesday : Making Soup

It’s starting to get really cold outside so a warm bowl of soup is the perfect lunch.  We’ll watch a group of children as they prepare a delicious meal in Making Minestrone by Stella Blackstone, then we’ll observe the creation of an unusual soup, told on a flannel board, in the classic folk tale Stone Soup.  Our stories teach the important pre-reading skills, left to right, top to bottom, and sequencing, in a fun way.
