Book Babies – Chicks and Ducks

We’ll introduce some new animals to our young audience by explaining the sounds they make and talking about the foods they eat.   Today’s book This Little Chick, along with several nursery rhymes and action songs, will start our infants on the beginning path towards reading. Especially for children from birth to 24 months.

Children love opossums because they are funny and adults like them because they eat dead animals, insects, snakes and rodents. We’ll learn more about this marsupial through books and activities. For children ages 3-5.

Toddler Tales – The Messy Room

We’ll get ready for the upcoming “Earth Day” by learning how even little ones can do their part in keeping our surroundings healthy and safe for all!   In our featured book, Maisy Cleans Up,  Maisy the mouse and her friend Charley  teach children that cleaning up can be fun, especially if a friend helps.  Fostering literacy begins early and this program introduces stories, action songs, and movement exercises to our young audience.  Especially for children ages 2-3.
